Free Shipping
Products marked with the free shipping label on the product page are free shipping, item less than 500g are shipped via USPS, others is shipped via DHL by default.
Shipping Address Change
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email with the new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
Delivery Process
1. After you place an order, the status will be changed
2. We will email you to confirm shipping information
3. Your parcel will be shipped within several working days ( if there is delay for some special circumstances, we will inform you within several working days)
4. Shipping company will provide tracking # to us
5. We will send you tracking # via email.
